A major advantage of running the 1.8T engine is the possibility to upgrade lower spec engines using factory parts. In order to make this process even easier QPEng are delighted to offer free software upgrades for all users of the their ‘Plug and Play’ systems when using original 1.8T components.

For example, adding a K04 turbo and injectors to an AGU engine will lift power from 200 to 270bhp. When you are ready to make the switch, simply return your ECU to us, along with details of your engine spec. We will then make the upgrade and return it within 48 hours, absolutely free of charge. Although we can only offer this free service for turbo and injector upgrades that use original 1.8T parts, a custom mapping service is of course available for any engine specification.
