 We can offer an CAN interface box and software to allow reprogramming of the MBE 992 ECU as used in our 1.8T ‘Plug and Play’ kits.
Like all modern automotive systems the MBE 992 ECU transmits data across a CAN (controller area network) bus. This significantly increases the rate of data transfer compared to the serial bus system found on most other standalone EMS systems.The interface box allows the 992 to be connected to your laptop via the USB port and allows everything from small tweaks to an existing calibration to full reprogramming to the unit.
